Service Agreement

By engaging A Plus, you agree to the following terms governing professional services:

• Services are provided as described in proposals, statements of work, or written agreements.
• Clients must supply accurate information and timely approvals required for delivery.
• Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are defined in the applicable service contract.
• Either party may terminate engagement subject to notice periods and outstanding obligations specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property is handled as follows:

• A Plus retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials.
• Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
• Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, or reproduced for third parties without prior consent.

General Provisions
